What this site collects, why, and who else handles it. Short, because there is not much.

Who runs this site

Digital Traction LLC. Questions about anything on this page go through the contact page.

What you send

The inquiry form sends your name, email, website if you give one, the area you picked and your message. They are used to reply to you. There is no mailing list, and nothing is sold or shared beyond the services below.

The form has two spam checks of its own. It asks for a second try when a message is sent within three seconds of the page loading, and it does not deliver a submission that fills in a hidden field the page does not show to people.

Who handles it

Analytics and cookies

Visits are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, and page speed is measured with Vercel Speed Insights. Neither sets cookies or identifies you.

Google Analytics runs only if you accept it. It then sets two cookies, _ga and one starting _ga_, which last up to two years. Your answer is remembered in your browser’s local storage, and “Cookie choices” in the footer lets you change it.

Why it is allowed

Replying to an inquiry is something you asked for. The spam checks are a legitimate interest in keeping the form usable. Google Analytics runs only on your consent.

How long it is kept

Inquiries stay in the studio’s email while the conversation runs, and afterwards as ordinary business records. Ask, and yours will be deleted.

Your say

You can ask what is held about you, and have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Send the request through the contact page.
