Signal in, one door out

Your systems provide the signal. The operating layer connects it to action, and everything that leaves passes a person.

What they read from, and what they are built on

An assistant starting from a blank prompt gives you the category average. These start from your account and from what the engagement has already established, which is the whole difference in what comes back.

Permissioned access to the systems that decide what is true about the business

The advertising account
Delivery, pacing, structure, search terms, auction position and what changed since the last look.
Analytics and search console
What happened on the site, what the search surfaces are showing, and where the two disagree.
Third-party research and rank data
The outside view of the category: who ranks, who gets cited, and what buyers are asking.
The CRM and the site's CMS
What an inquiry became after it arrived, and the route a finished page takes to go live.

The context layer, and every deliverable the engagement produces feeds back in

The brand kit and writing guidelines
How the business talks, what it will and will not claim, and the words it does not use.
Intent and entry-point maps
What buyers actually ask, and which of those questions the business can credibly answer.
The claim and source registers
What has been established, what it rests on, and how confident the record is about it.
Everything produced since
Each brief, finding and correction becomes context the next run reads, so the work compounds instead of restarting.

What gets built for an account

Printed as a register rather than described, because the honest version of this list includes a row that is not finished.

Per-account monitoring

Watches delivery, spend pacing, search terms and structural drift, and writes what changed to a record a person reads. It has no write access to any advertising account.

Visibility tracking and reporting

Position, citation, and what the AI surfaces actually say about a business, tracked separately from what its own site claims.

Advertising, analytics, search console and CRM data in one place, so a question gets answered once instead of reconciled across four dashboards.

Research and drafting pipeline

Briefs and first drafts against verified primary sources, feeding the content engine. It never publishes; a person approves everything before it goes anywhere.

Source-integrity gate

Every external claim traced to a primary source and re-verified during the run. A claim that fails is cut or corrected, even when that weakens the piece.

Scheduling and unattended runs

Specified, not running. Today the weekly work starts when a person starts it, and saying otherwise would describe a surface that does not exist.

The operating layer, drawn as a plan

Reads from

  • The advertising account
  • Analytics and search console
  • Research and rank data
  • The CRM and the CMS

The operating layer

  • Your context: the brand kit, the guidelines, the intent and entry-point maps, the registers
  • Agents and workflows, each with a job it does and a point it stops at
  • The record: findings, drafts, and what was decided about them

A person approves

What leaves

  • A draft, ready to review
  • A finding, in the record
  • A report, delivered
An illustration of the operating layer, not a product. Signal enters from your systems, and everything that leaves passes through one door.

What the agents are not allowed to do

Each of these is a property of how the systems are built rather than a policy applied after the fact.

  • They never publish. Every output is a reviewable draft.
  • They never change an account without approval for that specific change. That covers scope probes and draft-only pushes as well as live edits.
  • A finding is not work until a person decides it is. Findings land in a record and wait.
  • One business per run. Confidentiality is enforced by which material is loaded, not by a rule someone has to remember.
  • A load-bearing unknown stops the work rather than being assumed.

Nothing reaches a live account or a live site without someone opening the door for that specific change.

The same read, on your account

The diagnosis is the first step and it is not charged for. What is offered is an honest read and sensible, evidence-backed decisions, not a promise about lead volume.
